Rescheduled Games
In the event that any game needs to be rescheduled due to a rainout or any other reason, these procedures should be followed.
Before any dates are given to the opposing coaches, please check the master schedule in the clubhouse to check for field availability.
If a date is opened and agreed upon by both coaches then the master calendar needs to be updated immediately, so no other coaches try and use the same dates.
Once the dates are on the calendar please send an email to Joe Roberts at Joroberts3@comcast.net and I will make sure that the website calendars are updated with the appropriate information.
Just remember that the Master Calendar at the clubhouse is the main calendar and it MUST be updated!!! If it is not updated and someone else reschedules a game for the same night, the team on the calendar gets the field!!!
Also, the master schedule is checked to make sure that we have people to cover the stands. If there are no games on the calendar then the stands will not be opened.
